WHAT I GOT OUT OF BEAUTYCON LA 2016

So to start off, BeautyCon wasn't what my sister and I thought it was going to be, but on the bright side, I heard that this one was kind of one of the worst ones... so that makes me feel better :).

Anywho, being at BeautyCon did help me. I met some people that were great and could've even found a possible mentor for myself! Being around people who were successful at what I wanted to do made me want to work even harder. I do believe that the best thing that came out of BeautyCon was a refueling of my passion... if that's what you wanna call it. I've realized how far from my goals I am, BUT at the same time, I've also realized how far I've come.

Just to reflect, I have a YouTube channel with over 300 subscribers (no it's not a lot, but it's a start!), I've networked in a few different states and made new business contacts, I have a registered LLC, I have a business advisor, I have a website, a blog, a Facebook page, and most importantly I have a stronger relationship with God, who I know is guiding my steps.

So although BeautyCon wasn't all it was made out to be, I still got a LOT out of it, and I can't wait to grow more. The most exciting part about BeautyCon is the fact that I was completely unimportant... Why? Because being unimportant made me realize how far I need to go and how much work I need to put in to be one of the influencers onstage, having meet and greets, and inspiring other people who will want to be in my shoes one day.
